The CTO oversees the making and executing of strategic decisions to ensure that our standards and essentials are executed efficiently and seamlessly while participating in a continuous improvement process for standards and essentials. As a powerful change agent, and individual with high relationship building and emotional intelligence, Dr. Schayes is an expert in the clinical and business execution of the ChenMed core model. In 2020 ChenMed expanded to Cleveland, Cincinnati, St. Louis, Memphis and Orlando. In 2021 ChenMed expanded to Detroit & Houston. In 2022 ChenMed expanded to 10 new cities.
