About Susan Muck
Susan has conducted internal investigations into alleged accounting fraud and bribery for multinational corporations, represented companies and individuals in SEC investigations and at trial, and regularly advises boards and management on disclosure and accounting issues, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other regulatory matters. In addition to her expertise in internal and regulatory investigations, Susan has extensive experience defending shareholder and class actions that often accompany regulatory matters. In 2020, Chambers USA named Susan among California’s leading securities litigators, recognizing her in Band 1. She was also recently honored as a Securities MVP by Law360 (one of just six lawyers named nationally), recognized as San Francisco’s Lawyer of the Year for Securities Litigation by Best Lawyers, and highlighted by The Legal 500 among the nation’s top securities litigators.
