Throughout my 20+ year career, I\'ve had the opportunity to develop deep expertise in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Recruiting, Organization/Team Development, Organization Design and Manager & Leader development. Within Intel, I\'ve explored many different HR roles and created short-term \"gig\" assignments to learn about completely different capabilities (Robotics Process Automation) or practice/apply new skills (applying Lean in HR). I am honored to be a trusted advisor to CVP and VP level leaders across the organization. Recently, I was enticed away from a HR Director role to bring my talents and experiences to Intel\'s Organization Development team, focused on our transformation from an Integrated Device Manufacturing (IDM) company to an IDM + External Foundry company (Intel\'s IDM2.0 strategy).

   The OD Partner is a member of Intel\'s Enterprise Organization Development team, charted to stand up new organizations, redesign existing orgs, architect change, drive alignment, foster Intel\'s culture, and build team and organizational capability. My role specifically supports IDM2.0 (Intel Device Manufacturing) as we evolve to become a foundry service provider in addition to designing and manufacturing our own chips. It\'s an exciting time to be at Intel and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to help unleash the possibilities this next era of manufacturing brings!
