Pivoting from the retail leasing and other real estate legal work that have marked my career for over 25 years, I\'ve joined with a friend and colleague to create Pineapple Hospitality Consulting Group, a newly formed restaurant and hospitality consulting business. Former Legal Sea Foods General Counsel, Rick Heller, and I are passionate about restaurants which we view as vessels of social gathering, interaction and connection, the loss of many of which during the pandemic has been profound. Our goal is to help reinvigorate the restaurant and hospitality business industry in our local economies here in Massachusetts and beyond. To do that, we\'ll provide trusted advice and innovative ideas delivered via a soup-to-nuts menu of services by a team of seasoned financial, strategy, legal, marketing, construction, and IT professionals.
