For over a decade now, the real estate and construction industry have been my working world. I absolutely love anything and everything about commercial real estate, especially commercial property management. I enjoy waking up everyday to overcome the new challenges that come with managing commercial real estate assets. I specialize in managing Class A MOB and thrive in value-add office and medical office properties. It’s very fulfilling to see the transformation of a property as you work through capital projects, TI work, as well as by ensuring your portfolio is properly maintained. However, it’s the people that really make it an amazing industry. I enjoy providing the highest level of support to our tenants while maintaining strong relations with our team, investors, building engineers, tenants, vendors and suppliers. In 2023, I began serving on the Board of Directors for IREM\'s Central Virginia Chapter as its Vice President of Member Services. For 2024 and 2025’s Board, I served as its Industry Partner Liaison along with serving on the Programs and Golf Committees. Furthermore, I am continuing to serve on the Board in 2026 as its VP, Public Relations.Lastly, I hold an active Real Estate Salesperson license brokered under Dominion Real Estate Partners dba NAI Dominion.
