   As Chief Human Resources Officer at MetLife, I have the privilege to lead an incredible global HR organization and serve MetLife’s employees across 43 countries. We aim to attract and develop a purpose-driven and energized workforce that creates value for our employees, customers shareholders and communities every day. Together with my team, we design, and execute progressive, data-driven, Human Resources strategies to ensure MetLife can build confident futures for all – including our workforce. We do this by nurturing the health of the organization and individual, relentlessly fostering an equitable and inclusive environment, cultivating a culture of learning, feedback and recognition and focusing, with discipline, on the development and mobility of our talent.
