At the Sports Science Lab (SSL), we combine science, innovation, and specialized training to suit each athlete’s individual needs. Our team of sports scientists, biomechanists, exercise scientists, and sports physiotherapists analyze each athlete through a scientific lens by analyzing his or her individual kinetic, neurological, musculoskeletal ability and aerobic capacity. Results from this analysis are then used to identify areas of imbalances or weaknesses and to develop individualized protocols to maximize athletic performance, ensure faster return to play following an injury and prevent future injuries.Various elite athletes from all over the world have traveled to the lab for its cutting-edge performance training to enhance their technical sports skills, prepare for competition or the next season, as well as reach their full athletic potential. The lab has been featured as a top training destination for pro and elite level athletes by numerous media outlets such as Sports Illustrated, Gear Patrol, National Geographic, Discovery Channel and Fox Sports. Although some of the technologies at the lab is being used by university research centers as well as professional organizations such as the MLB, NFL, MLS, NBA, UFC, and the United States Olympic training center, the Sports Science Lab is the only facility of its kind in the United States to offer its proprietary and proven methodology for assessment, training, rehabilitation, recovery and sports injury prevention.
