ABOUT SUSAN PHUNG

Hello, I\'m Susan Phung. It\'s nice to meet you! I am a born - based educator working with some of Staffordshire’s most vulnerable pupils. Each day is a chance to empower these young individuals to realise their potential and build brighter futures. Curiosity, lifelong learning, human connection, adaptability, and self-discipline are my superpowers. I also thrive on empowering staff with new insights and driving results. I am ready to elevate my skills and expertise to the next level of leadership. On a personal note, I love meeting people from all walks of life and creating safe spaces for others to share their stories. I also advocate for cultural literacies both in and out of the classroom as there is always something to learn and appreciate from diverse cultures. More can certainly be done to celebrate diversity, people and experiences in UK education and society.
