Facilitate, support and consult on endeavors to engender organizational values in the company and the creation of a unique organizational culture that creates a sustainable competitive advantage. Partner with leadership to communicate the inter-relatedness of all pieces of the Campus’ organizational structure and systems and how they must work together to produce the desired results.
