I have been working in the Commercial Retail Industry for over 20 years with experience handling Utility and Expense coordination, Expense Audit, Cam Audits, Lease Abstraction, Property Management, Small Contract Negotiation and Drafting, Lease Term Reviews and Process and Workflow reviews. Currently I manage a team of 4 for our plus retail/nonretail locations. I recently broadened my experience to include managing Asset leases within our RE database to properly handle the new accounting standards. I have experience in design, testing and implementation of real estate systems for multiple companies. I also have experience in Office Lease Administration functions and CAM audits from my time at Liberty Mutual. Over the course of my time in the industry I have taken and participated in many Development and Management best practice courses and programs to further my abilities to be a successful leader. My goal in any task I take on is to do the best I can and learn and grow from that experience and develop my team to do the same.
