I lead a team responsible for Workplace Strategy (the design of our office spaces and how associates will use them), Associate Amenities (Food, Fitness, Conferencing, Transportation, and Hospitality), Capital One’s Art Program, and Business Services (Mail, Shipping, and Print).Our Workplace Experience attracts and retains associates and supports collaboration and productivity while also ensuring good stewardwardship of Capital One resources. In my role, I build strategies, develop and manage 3rd party partnerships, and ensure the well managed delivery of workplace experience services across Capital One\'s real estate portfolio.
