Employee Relations Director - Lead a team of 3 ER consultants responsible for conducting ethical and code of conduct ER investigations across the organization. The team conducts 100+ investigations quarterly over 5 business operating units and the corporate location. Partner with outside counsel, HR BPs and business leaders to bring issues to resolutions. Build critical stakeholder relationships while balancing employee empathy and advocacy with a drive towards successful business results. Create and develop reporting processes to ensure data integrity, trend identification, issue root-cause and countermeasures.
