ABOUT SUSAN MCCABE

Susan McCabe is a Director of Program & Portfolio Management in the Solid Tumor group at BeiGene, Ltd.Previously, Susan was a Senior Director at Puma Biotechnology where she managed several projects including and most significantly, the neratinib (Nerlynx®) NDA and MAA filings for extended adjuvant breast cancer.Additionally, she was a Director of Global Program Management at Amgen and has responsibility for strategic cross–functional planning including lifecycle management for marketed and pipeline products in Oncology (e.g. Neupogen®, Neulasta® and Trebananib). She has responsibility for program oversight of ongoing clinical, regulatory, operations/device, marketing and payer activities and implementation of cross-functional integrated global strategies leading to go/no go development decisions for commercialization.Ms. McCabe has over 20 years’ experience leading and working with global cross-functional product development teams within the biotech/pharmaceutical industry at all phases of development. Therapeutic area experience includes Hematology Oncology, Oncology, Inflammation and Bone. Her leadership style is open, collaborative and engaging, and focused on identifying and maximizing each team member’s contribution through constructive feedback and building of excellent and durable professional relationships.Ms. McCabe holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Microbiology and is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
