I bring immersive virtual reality experiences to seniors, patients in treatment centers, recovery centers, and anyone looking to address stress and anxiety in a non-invasive and healthy way.I also teach moving meditation for all ages and fitness levels. Dynamic Energy Movement (DEM) is a series of creative body movements based on qigong, breathwork, and mindfulness. The practice is done from a standing position and requires no mat and no experience. Classes consist of a sequence of fun warmups to loosen stuck energy followed by creative flow movements to realign the mind and body. In short, it’s moving meditation to release and rebalance energy.
