I have managed preparation of EIRs and EIR/EISs for the California Public Utilities Commission and Bureau of Land Management for major transmission line and pipeline projects. I also manage Aspen\'s Planning Services contract for the California Energy Commission, providing support for development of offshore wind and other renewable generation strategies to help eliminate California\'s fossil fueled power generation. I have managed CEQA assessment of major solar photovoltaic projects for County planning departments, including the Panoche Valley Solar Project SEIR and EIR (San Benito County) and the California Valley Solar Ranch EIR (San Luis Obispo County).
