ABOUT SUSAN KINOBE

With a career spanning over 30 years, I have held a number of senior leadership and Board Directorship positions across the private, public and stock exchange listed organisations, both in Australia and Canada.Possessing a unique blend of strategy, business, human resources and directorship experience, I have extensive business strategy, financial leadership, risk management, human resource management and leadership expertise. I have experience at conducting organisational effectiveness reviews, providing recommendations for key areas of focus and a high level of expertise and business case collation and performance analysis.One of my key strength’s is my ability to genuinely connect with people within an organisation, including staff, clients/customers and other relevant stakeholders. I am authentic, forward-thinking, collaborative, and am well respected for my support and mentoring of staff whilst simultaneously being able to ensure staff are accountable and high-performing within their relevant roles. I am able to move seamlessly across industries and sectors and can proficiently identify key strategic issues and develop effective improvement interventions that achieve sustainable business outcomes. I am also able to contribute at a high level of problem solving due to my broad range of strategic, people and culture, financial and management experience.
