ABOUT SUSAN KENNEY

Susan Kenney is the Co-Founder and Director of Therapeutic Wellness at Emergo Wellbeing, a private, wellness center focused on a brain-first approach. Susan has dedicated her extensive career to helping individuals reclaim their life after struggles with addictions, anxiety, depression, and other debilitating challenges.Harnessing her expertise in nutrition, functional medicine, education, brain health and positive psychology, Susan oversees Emergo Wellbeing\'s therapeutic wellness programs, an integrative brain-first approach to thriving. This proprietary methodology leverages neuro-balancing technology, nutritional therapy, orthomolecular restoration, positive psychology, SMART Recovery, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, robust fitness, biophilia, and more to restore mind-body health and inspire the spirit. Susan is a certified Brain Health Coach through the Amen Clinics, a certified Health & Wellness Coach who has received Certification through Institute of Lifestyle Medicine (Harvard Medical School) for Chef Coaching, certification in Positive Psychology through the Wholebeing Institute, is a master’s certified Brainwave Optimization Technician, certified sports nutritionist through BodyMind Institute, and a Reiki Master. Susan is currently studying Professional Plant-Based Cooking through Rouxbe Online Culinary School, and Functional Medicine with Chris Kresser of the Kresser Institute - an approach that focuses on uncovering root causes of personal imbalance and dysfunction empowering clients toward greater wellbeing and happiness.
