About Susan Keller
Through the transformative power of film, I instill hope and new beginnings for those battling life-threatening challenges like cancer or a dangerous drinking habit. As a cancer survivor and someone committed to mindful drinking, I blend help, humor, and adventure into my storytelling. My debut book, Blood Brother: A Memoir and a Miracle, revolves around the compelling tagline:\"Johnny’s bone marrow could save my life, but he\'d vanished thirty years ago.\" Then, a miracle unfolded. In my second book, Mostly Sober: A Love Story and a Road Trip, I draw on my own personal trauma to inspire those overwhelmed by the bottle. Reducing heavy alcohol consumption isn’t easy, but it’s achievable. Join me on this journey. Adapting my stories for the screen will amplify their impact. These struggles touch millions, but my narratives offer hope and portray the beauty of a second chance at life.
