We are committed to providing an inclusive environment that empowers every person, honoring their unique background and experience, as we work together to restore their dignity, promote healing, and build a supportive community of belonging.As a volunteer Clerk on the Board of Directors, my duties include:• Support the governance and strategic planning of a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, confidential addiction recovery services.• Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant documentation for Board meetings, ensuring accurate records of decisions and action items.• Assist in organizing and maintaining Board records, legal documents, and policies, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.• Contribute to the organization\'s fundraising efforts, including the promotion of events like the ARC Comedy Show and the Building Fund Campaign.• Act as an ambassador for the organization, advocating for its mission and securing grants and other resources for program sustainability.• Review and help monitor the organization\'s programs and services, ensuring alignment with its mission to restore dignity and respect to those affected by addiction.• Collaborate with Board members and senior leadership to assess and improve the organization\'s governance, performance, and public image.
