Trustee for the Morgan Stanley Foundation- Executed several efforts to strategically align and strengthen our Human Capital delivery to clients and improve HR operational efficiency- Delivered an enhanced Performance Management Process; drove the development of manager effectiveness offerings; oversaw the renegotiation of our RPO contract with our outsourced providers- Transformed our global talent team to drive more value for the Firm and to ensure we deliver best in class consultative and advisory support to fuel the Firm’s commercial success- Oversee all hiring, development and diversity efforts.
