I work on both the \"task\" side AND the \"people\" side of the business, BOTH of which are critical to a group or organization\'s success. I learned much from my 17 years in \"corporate America\", so I teach from having been in the \"trenches\" and PRACTICAL application (versus lecturing from theory). Over the years, I have added \"Change Management\" and \"Organization Culture Change\" to my list of skills (Strategic Planning, Project Management, Team Development). I love what I do and will travel just about anywhere to do it!
