I start with the concept that things CAN be done and find the solution. More than 20 years of field experience in California starting from the ground up on both large and small construction projects working with the sensitive CEQA regulations and making it work. Budgeting, managing, planning and execution of both short term and multi-year projects from pre-construction permitting through project construction and onto operations and maintenance: Water Quality, Biological compliance, Conditional Use Permits, Air Quality and Dust Control, Hazardous materials management and Site Re-vegetation.
