Currently leading the Pacific Coast Migraine team at AbbVie as a Regional Sales Director, where I focus on empowering people, leveraging their strengths, and building a culture that drives results and inspires collaboration.I believe leadership is about unlocking potential. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, high-energy environments where people feel supported, challenged, and proud of the work they do.Over the past several years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow through AbbVie’s Director Development Program, gaining the strategic mindset and cross-functional experience needed for senior leadership. I’ve led diverse teams across multiple specialties—including Immunology, Cardiology, Neurology, Psychiatry, GI, Pulmonary, Rheumatology, and Pain Management—and have consistently delivered strong business results.A few career highlights I’m proud of: • Promoted to Regional Sales Director after successful leadership roles as a Senior and District Manager • Recognized with President’s Club wins (2013, 2014) and Outstanding Leadership Awards (2016, 2017) • 9 out of 10 years as a rep finishing in the top 50%, with 4 of those in the top 10%I love what I do because I get to make a difference—in the careers of the people I lead, and in the lives of the patients we serve.
