In-Scope Solutions (In-Scope.ca): Specializing in Training and Workshops relating to Fatigue Management, Stress Management, Psychological Health and Safety, Bullying and Harassment for all industries including Oil and Gas, Service Companies, Mining, Utilities, Hospitality, Aerospace, and more. In-Scope Solutions is currently working with a number of companies on projects focusing on occupational health and safety. Current projects include: University of Calgary: Instructor in the Environmental Health and Safety Certificate Program: Fatigue & Stress Management, Business & Leadership. University of New Brunswick: Instructor for Fatigue Management, Psychological Health and Safety, Safety Management Systems in the online Advanced OHS Diploma program. National speaker on the topic of Fatigue Management, Fatigue Impacts in the Workplace, and Sleep Health and Wellness. Presentations are focused for safety professionals and business leaders, understanding what is involved in assessing and mitigating fatigue risks. Fatigue Legislation: Previously drafted proposed fatigue based legislation for Alberta OHS Code. Industry Presentations on Fatigue Management and Stress Management in the Workplace: Presentations focus on developing Fatigue Safety Management Systems and creating fatigue awareness within organizations; Assessing Workplace Stress Issues and Training on Stress Resiliency.
