ABOUT SUSAN ILLMAN
What does it mean to be well? Good health, for sure. That’s part of it. But wellness is also a state of mind. One that’s influenced by our surroundings – the spaces where we spend the most time and the people we’re near. When we are well, we feel safe, cared for and valued. It’s what IWBI’s WELL Certification lays the groundwork for. A WELL-designed space shouts, “Your health matters!” The dynamic of the people inside our everyday spaces creates the culture that shapes our well-being and sense of belonging. At IWBI, healthy living is designed into our physical space and is core to our community. But what truly rocks about the place is how we treat each other. It’s the people inside who truly care, listen and communicate honestly that nourish and elevate our well-being. Who wants to just be healthy when you can be WELL?Let’s connect! I’m always eager to engage with fellow professionals who are passionate about making their organizations healthier, more inclusive, productive and strategically aligned.
