ABOUT SUSAN HUNTER
With over two decades of experience in supply chain management and ERP implementation, I am a seasoned S & OP Subject Matter Expert at Bedford Consulting, where I help customers achieve operational excellence and profitability by applying best practices and solutions. I am also a certified IFS practitioner, with credentials in supply chain and manufacturing consulting for both IFS Applications 10 and IFS Cloud. In my previous roles, I have successfully led and delivered complex and high-impact projects, such as the design and implementation of IFS ERP system at Gordon & MacPhail, where I managed a team of functional leads and ensured the alignment of the system with the business needs and processes. I have also advised and supported customers on IFS key functionality and supply chain optimization as a Business Consultant at Vanilla Tech and a Consulting Manager at Baker Tilly US. My passion is to leverage my skills and knowledge to enable transformation and growth for organizations and teams in the supply chain and manufacturing domain.
