ABOUT SUSAN HOWE
With 28 years of mortgage experience and a background in operations, I provide a unique insight that you may not find with every mortgage professional. I am always here to support my clients and am available for questions anytime. My primary purpose is to get clients to the closing table with honest direction and a caring approach, walking with them as they make the most monumental purchase of their lives. Before I began my mortgage career, I worked in insurance, banking, and even cosmetology. These positions nurtured my customer service skills and my love for serving others. My desire to help people and make the community better grew within these fields, smoothly transitioning with me into the mortgage industry. I am a Military Mortgage Specialist, so I am certified in helping servicemembers with their homeownership needs. I love working with people from all walks of life, especially first-time home buyers. I am licensed in five states – Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Florida, New Hampshire, and Louisiana – and provide various financing options to fit each client’s needs. Within my current role, I also work in Branch Development – I am the point of contact for onboarding all new loan officers and branches for Fairway United. I work hard to set new loan officers up for success, helping them feel at ease from the beginning. I enjoy spending time with family and friends when I’m not working.
