I am a mentor, guide, and spiritual coach who helps people of all ages reconnect to their purpose through ritual, community, ancestral wisdom, and service.As the founder of Living Your Gifts, I guide individuals, leaders, and communities through transformational work that bridges ancient wisdom with modern life. Through coaching, communal ritual, and intentional leadership, I support those navigating grief, life transitions, leadership callings, and personal healing—helping them reclaim both the gifts they carry and the communities they belong to.I am the author of Walking With Sobonfu: A Guide to Claiming Your Authenticity and Deepening Your Sense of Community, which shares the wisdom I received through my 17-year journey with West African teacher and beloved friend, Sobonfu Somé. Rooted in the Dagara tradition, these teachings form the foundation of my work at Living Your Gifts—an organization offering SpiRitual™ coaching, elemental workshops, and communal healing circles for adults seeking to live with intention and truth.My commitment to leadership and service extends into the nonprofit space. As Executive Director of Wisdom Spring, I lead Walking For Water, a youth humanitarian leadership program empowering students from elementary school through college to become changemakers. Under my guidance, these young leaders have raised funds to install over 50 water wells and provide education to more than children in indigenous communities across West Africa and India.Across all that I do, my work is about remembering—remembering our ancestral roots, our innate wisdom, and our responsibility to one another.
