Manage the delivery of workflow management to the UK and India teams and lead on all transversal change agenda initiatives (people, systems & process)I have an extensive credit control, relationship building and people management back ground.Key Objectives:•To effectively manage new broker applications ensuring that all FCA regulatory requirements are complied with.•To control the AXAI agency system ensuring that all changes to broker details, TOBA\'s, agency transfers, commission scales and exiting brokers are accurately recorded and maintained on the system. •Continually seek to improve team skills, performance and outputs•Provide excellent service to our customers •Drive Innovation •Providing New Deals related updates and reporting •Act as a referral point for the business on technical team issues •Lead the transformation change agenda for Agency and Finance Solutions.
