Providing substantive procedural and legal work in support of the real estate development team for the acquisition, development, and disposition of real property.• Legal research of legislation, statutes, and regulations in various jurisdictions.• Working closely with entitlements team to draft and prepare development and entitlement documents.• Review and summarization of title insurance commitments, surveys, and underlying exception documents; drafting of title objection letters addressing potential environmental and title issues.• Negotiation of title insurance policies and endorsements.• Drafting and review of purchase and sale agreements, easements, leases, amendments and closing documents for the acquisition and dispositions of properties.• Preparing closing documents; coordinating real estate closings and execution of all documentation ensuring timely acquisition and disposition closings.• Supporting administrative reporting requirements of the real estate legal group, including working directly with members of other teams to obtain critical information for drafting agreements.
