Leading ESG and sustainability initiatives at Pepper Construction. My passion lies in sustainable high performing buildings and positively impacting people\'s lives in the built world. My work enables me to put design into action. I provide decision-making tools to determine investment paybacks and reduced operating costs, lead Pepper\'s projects to their sustainability goals, assist clients with their corporate environmental compliance during construction, and put existing buildings on a path to sustainability. My top accomplishments include Pepper\'s Net Zero Jobsite Trailer, developing Pepper\'s Building Performance Tool, implementing carbon drawdown strategies into all Pepper projects and leading the company\'s ESG platform development.
