ABOUT SUSAN GRIFFITHS

A coach, trainer and learning & development professional with over 22 years experience working in the financial services industry, supporting people with their personal and professional development. I\'m passionate about delivering the best coaching and training experience I can, covering Level 3 & Level 5 Leadership and Management, Customer Excellence, Building Relationships, Emotional Intelligence, Wellbeing & Resilience. I\'m currently supporting 40 learners during a 12 month Leadership & Management apprenticeship scheme (level 3 and level 5).I provide a personalised support to my learners through monthly 121 coaching and teaching sessions. Empowering my learners by building confidence in their ability to manage and lead, supporting their wellbeing, building resiliency and self-awareness. I help people to understand themselves better, identifying limiting and negative thought patterns causing self doubt.I am qualified with a L5 CIPD Diploma in Learning & Development, CMI L7 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring and as a certified Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
