ABOUT SUSAN GRAYSON

With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I have developed a passion and expertise for designing and delivering innovative solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE & I). As the founder and DE & I consultant at Younique Inclusion, I help organisations foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, building inclusive cultures and workplaces where everyone is welcome.I have a special interest in raising awareness and educating on all aspects of menopause within organisations and am a licensed Henpicked Menopause Trainer, delivering menopause sessions for colleagues and managers, as well as menopause support group facilitation.As an ICF certified coach, I have also specialised in Menopause coaching, delivering the Menopause plan for individuals and groups of up to 10 people. The menopause plan looks at all aspects of menopause symptoms and management, driven by the needs of the individual.I believe that menopause is a priority for everyone, and that by raising awareness and providing support, we can create more inclusive and productive workplaces. I am proud to be part of various DE & I networks and initiatives, such as the OEUKD & I Task Group, the AXIS Network, and AFBE.As part of being a socially responsible business I deliver a variety of free sessions for charitable organisations and have recently set up the first Menopause Café in the Banff area of Aberdeenshire.My mission is to make a positive and lasting impact on the people and the planet.
