Leader with 20 years of experience managing and leading the strategic execution of initiatives in retail branch banking. Currently, I am responsible for supporting the Washington DC and Northern Virginia region with execution of company strategies in the field and partnering with senior leaders to manage initiatives and reduce operational friction for employees. I consult with the Regional President to assess growth opportunities in our region and create strategies to address deficiencies. I also collaborate with executive partners in finance, marketing, product management/development and risk to manage projects that build and sustain an unmatched experience for our customers and employees region wide.In previous roles, I led teams to achieve sales and growth targets, while fostering an inclusive and inspiring team environment. My most recent branch network held $4B in balances and employed 100+ workers. I’ve held most positions within retail banking and take pride in having built personal connections at every level I’ve served.
