   I founded Kegman in to offer Florida’s Space Coast communities with quality residential and commercial security monitoring systems. For twelve years, Kegman delivered superior quality and cost-effective security services across the region. Those early days working nights and weekends set the stage for Kegman’s modern day emphasis on customer-relations and superior quality and provided a springboard for Kegman’s evolution into a premier, regional small business offering engineering and technical management services to DoD and Government customers. In 2011 I led Kegman’s strategic transition into Government Services. Kegman leveraged the SBA Women-Owned Small Business program to pursue American’s new era of space exploration. Kegman was awarded our first Gov contract to maintain NASA’s radar wind profiler in 2011, shortly thereafter we began providing technical support to United Launch Alliance’s Communications Systems Operational Readiness Services. In 2017, I led Kegman’s growth towards new and emerging technical portfolio generating millions in annual sales for scientific, engineering, and management services to multiple, regional customers. In this time, I’ve emphasized our core value of providing services that exceeds and technology that inspires. Team Kegman has risen to these values by employing industry leading experts and establishing innovation-enabling culture. Kegman’s value of service is about more than just our sales. Kegman invests deeply in our local community. As a community partner, I helped found Women in Defense Space Coast Chapter, served as the Chair for CareerSource Brevard, and supported the Florida Institute of Technology Industry Advisory Board, IGNITE 360 Ambassador as a Small Business Mentor. Kegman was also the first business in it’s community to establish a SkillBridge program to place servicemembers departing the military.
