To manage the conceptualisation and delivery of various large scale events for Culture Liverpool, Liverpool City council with a capacity up to 1.3 million. Event Manager for projects and events such as; LFC 2022 & 2019 football homecoming parades, Giant Spectacular and Liverpool International Music Festival. Covering all aspects from event design, budgetary control (up to £1.9m), staff management, media, marketing, safety advisory groups and external agencies liaison, liaison with sections of the council (environmental health, highways and cleansing etc) licence negotiations (being the personal licence holder), health and safety issues and control on site, operational responsibility on site during build, the event itself and de-construction, contractor appointments, revenue streams, income generation and inter agency co-ordination.
