   Part of the Global Talent Management team, l lead enterprise-wide programs spanning multiple employee populations globally, including retail, manufacturing and distribution and corporate functions. Key responsibilities include managing talent assessment programs, executive coaching approach and vendor management. I have implemented new programs as well as evolved previous programs. I work very closely with three different vendors on a regular basis, building those strong relationships in support of the programs and employee and leader experience. I partner with various cross-functional teams (HR Bsuiness Partners, Talent Business Partners, Technology) to ensure to successful adoption and impact of the programs I support. The programs I currently support are designed for a range of leadership levels, from managers all the way to EVPs.
