About Susan Doering
An optimistic problem-solver by nature, I am motivated by finding solutions to complex business challenges for clients. There are few challenges more daunting in today’s world than the short- and long-term impacts of Climate variability. Providing clarity on Climate risk, and a solution set to manage it, is a different process for each client, but within reach for all. My early career focused on helping clients protect their businesses, facilitate difficult transactions, and comply with regulations through environmental insurance. Both directly as an underwriter, and then as a team leader, my focus was on how we get to \'yes\' for our insureds. Today, I bring the same solutions mindset to my work for clients around Climate, working with specialists in analytics, risk control, and broking to find creative avenues to evaluate, mitigate and transfer risk. I am excited by opportunities to share my passion for problem-solving through innovation and leadership.
