All info is recorded into Sharepoint and SmartSheets. Assigns incoming RFI\'s and submittals to proper engineers for review and response. Attends weekly project site meetings with project managers, contractors and subcontractors to discuss project timelines and progress. Prepares RFI and submittal packages for response to the client. Responses are uploaded into a database (BIM, Procore, or CMUpload). August 2020 - May 2022 - Construction Liaison for the NC ReBuild Housing Recovery Program project (Part of the AECOM Disaster Recovery Management Team)- Ensures quality and ecient delivery of service to customers through a variety of tasks designed to meet or exceed stated key performance indicators, Schedule Calls with applicants; eciently plan and schedule homeowners based on Locales and availability, Coordinate with General Contractors and local staff to ensure availability and assignment of projects, Monitor and track complaints hotline calls, Input all information into systems; timely following up with homeowners and making sure all is communicated on weekly basis/ as needed for high priority, Monitor and track incoming calls to a general hotline number, including responses to homeowners, Applicant complaint warranty questions routing for the construction team, Specialist questions routing for program management, Update requested/ general information requests routing Verication of homeowner documents.
