Administer national grant and awards programs for concert presenters, festivals and ensembles• Design programs (guidelines, application and reporting processes)• Identify adjudicators and lead grant panel meetings• Oversee CMA-funded projects, conduct grant-related site visits• Provide consultations about fundraising, board development and grant proposal submission • Participate in planning CMA’s national conference and lead the ensemble showcase adjudication process• Program and secure speakers for local and national seminars• Represent CMA as panelist, moderator and seminar leader at national and regional arts conferences, such as the Association of Performing Arts Presenters, Western Arts Alliance, Midwest Arts, Performing Arts Exchange, International Association of Jazz Educators, Jazz Education Network, and New York State Presenters Network• Frequently provide seminars for students (some past institutions include the Manhattan School of Music, New York University, Baruch College, Curtis Institute, Aaron Copland School of Music, San Francisco Conservatory)
