Susan Tharpe is the founder and CEO of I Am H.E.R an up and coming nonprofit focused on ensuring that minority and under represented women receive information. Since being founded in June 2020, Susan has sought to led and inspire other women to take control of their lives and make informed choices based on their individual needs.Prior to founding I AM H.E.R, Susan was the CEO of the Center for Accessible Living. A non- profit that sought to enrich and empower people living in the community with disabilities. Prior to being named the CEO, Susan worked for 15 years in several capacities within this organization that she was very passionate about. Susan was responsible for leading this organization during the most unprecedented time in history. Consequently, Susan was able to drive initiatives and unique partnership to achieve the organizational goals.
