ABOUT SUSAN CRAWFORD

Susan Crawford is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), leadership facilitator, and founder of Meraki Inspired. With more than 20 years of experience in training, facilitation, and organizational development, she works with leaders, professionals, and teams navigating pressure, responsibility, and change. Throughout her career, Susan has observed a common pattern among capable, high-performing individuals: people who continue meeting expectations long after the way they are living or leading has stopped feeling aligned with who they truly want to be. Her work creates the space for leaders to pause, reflect, and examine the patterns that shaped their success so they can move forward with greater clarity, intention, and sustainability. Susan’s coaching approach sits at the intersection of leadership development, reflective practice, and emotional intelligence. Rather than focusing on dramatic breakthroughs, she helps people develop deeper self-awareness and translate insight into meaningful shifts in how they make decisions, lead teams, and navigate their lives. Her work is grounded in psychological safety and informed by nervous system awareness, allowing conversations to unfold in a way that supports reflection, integration, and lasting change. Susan holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, along with a Certificate in Adult Education. She is certified in EQ-i 2.0 Emotional Intelligence and Thomas International DISC, and has logged more than 600 hours of professional coaching with leaders and high-performing individuals across sectors.
