Full oversight of AD Americas\' new shared passenger use airport lounge projects, as well as refurbishment and expansion of existing airport lounge locations. Develop capital investment projections, and manage spending for each project to the budget. Responsible for the successful completion of all airport lounge projects, with a deep understanding of each phase of the design and construction process, including design and construction guidelines, general contractor bidding and selection, permitting, drawing review, submittals, MEPs, contracts, the airport badging process, as well as the unique requirements of construction projects performed within a secure air-side airport location within the aviation industry.Full oversight and delegation of tasks to 3rd party vendors and contractors (including architects, general contractors, and project management team, furniture, signage, and artwork vendors).Review, confirm, and approve all invoices and payment applications from vendors and general contractors. Reconcile total capital spend, submit all required financial documents, as built drawings, and close out project upon completion as per the airport lease requirements. Work closely with internal and exterior stakeholders to ensure project timelines are effectively communicated and deadlines met to ensure a timely opening.Completed projects include new shared passenger use lounges in the following airports: BOS, BUF, BWI, CHS, CLE, DFW, JAX, LAS, MCO, MSY, PIT, SJCExpansions include:BOS, CHS, PHX, PITRenovations include:ATL, LAS, SJC
