Instrumental in compiling and producing technical bid proposals and pre-qualification packages. Expertise in preparing all technical proposals for multi-million dollar projects has helped Petersen Inc. annual booked sales go from $24M in to $95M-$100M currently. Work with outside companies designing and developing marketing and advertising campaigns, and ensuring Petersen Inc. graphic standards are maintained. Have been instrumental in the design and implementation of the company website and brochure(s), project managing the outside agencies. Assists all customers, both inside and outside the company, helping to facilitate all customer service needs and requirements. Survey customers once monthly to ensure customer satisfaction. Assists with annual charity golf event. Plan and organize all open houses, trade shows, and other company events. Compile statistical graphs and reporting for Sales Department. Assist all areas of company including CEO and Project Management when required. Also directly responsible for the updated overall look and feel of Petersen Inc.(Utah and Idaho) as I provided the Interior Design. We incorporated this design into our website, brochures and logo giving Petersen Inc. a cohesive updated and industrial look and feel.
