Our team members provide quality metric analytics and reliability modeling, serve as the conduit for VOC and promote quality mindset across Compute through structured QMS. Our team also develops high quality technical content which helps our customers and partners easily install, configure, operate, and maintain Compute products. I serve as Executive Sponsor for HPE\'s Houston Leadership Development Program (HOU LDP) and am a member of HPE\'s Quality Leadership Council which establishes and promotes HPE\'s quality policy and the President\'s Quality Award. I also advise candidates seeking advancement on the Eng Prog Mgmt career path.
