ABOUT SUSAN BAUER

I am an experienced HR professional and a certified coach. My passion lies in helping my clients (individuals and teams) to gain clarity about “what they want to be next”.My work is steeped in my conviction that there are possibilities in every situation for everyone! Guiding my clients to explore these possibilities and help them to put their thinking into action is the most satisfying part of my work. It’s all about the moment when goals become clearer, choices start emerging, action plans are forming and when they finally get implemented – with energy and joy.I bring both my many years of global work and my life experience into the arena, as I guide clients with my natural warmth and openness, injecting a good measure of pragmatism and focus. For more than 9 years I lived and worked in the US and in Asia. Visiting new places, exploring diverse cultures and meeting different clients – discovering their challenges and understanding what makes them who they are today – is a never ending source of energy and learning. A versatile HR Generalist, I have hands-on experience in employee relationship management and was the go to person for all people related topics from recruiting, people & organizational development, talent management to restructuring.I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) from the Coaches Training Institute. I am trained with the Center for Right Relationship to deepen my skills in team coaching approaches. In addition I finished the 10-months Leadership Program with CTI.I am a happy mother of three (almost) grown-up kids and currently live in and work out of Munich. Being in nature gives me energy, time to think and to let go. Other ways of keeping my personal balance are all sorts of sports and fighting weeds in my garden – the old fashioned way: picking out one at a time.
