ABOUT SUSAN ALESSI

I have worked in many diversified teams within Vehicle Integration applying vehicle dimensional principles for OEM automotive companies. I have been responsible for multiple vehicle models and body styles for dimensional development. I am proficient in CAD programs, most used are CATIA V5, NX (Unigraphics), along with their product life cycle management (PLM) Smart Team and Team Center. I have developed strong interpersonal skills capable of working in a team environment or one on one. I am a self-starter, confident in my capabilities and I will use other team members or resources to assist in completing my task or project. I am willing to accept increasing levels of responsibility and I am always conscious of deliverables and timing commitments. I am very involved and believe strongly about the development or creation of business processes within the work environment. I put a big importance on understanding their value. I am extremely detailed and process focused. I have very strong “Fix the right problem skills” as I like to call it.
