Lead and mentor event team to successfully carry out a diverse suite of complex, high-impact global internal and external events that “wow” the customer, exceeds expectations, drives results and supports overall goals and objectives\\\\n\\\\nOwn HP’s most impactful global event experiences- president’s club, large-scale partner and distributor conferences, sales kickoff, executive summits and thought leadership events.\\\\n\\\\nProfessionally collaborate with key stakeholders, provide regular updates, and present executive briefs to the ELT.\\\\n\\\\nManage cross-functional global internal business partners (marketing, sales, comms, finance, procurement, legal, etc) to ensure event strategy is aligned with key objectives and desired outcomes.\\\\n\\\\nNegotiate major event contracts ensuring risk management, cancellation clauses and force majeure are aligned with company policy.\\\\n\\\\nClosely manage $MM budgets with consistent record of reconciling at or below budget.\\\\n\\\\nEffectively streamline processes, develop work-streams and resources scalable across multiple events.\\\\n\\\\nReport on ROI, conversion rates, engagement & survey results. Indentify key learnings and areas to improve.\\\\n\\\\nOversee all event elements including strategy, vision, theme development, creative assets, messaging, registration tools, virtual platforms, site inspections, venue selections, ground logistics, hotel and air bookings, visa requirements, production/ROS schedules and vendor management.\\\\n\\\\nContinue to cultivate a large network of event vendors and partners globally, DMC’s, hotel and airline reps, exhibit vendors, talent agents, keynote speaker agencies, entertainment agencies, creative agencies\\\\n\\\\nModel cultural sensitivity of localized customs while managing teams and vendors in global regions (APAC, EMEA, LATAM)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
