I am a proud part of the AFSCME team who enjoys supporting members as they increase the quality of life for frontline workers and their families.I’ve worked with organizations in the public and private sector, which has refined my abilities to problem solve and deliver coalition-supported results.I enjoy people and love to learn, so I approach challenges with a sense of humor and diplomacy to effectively meet personal and organizational goals.I have had the privilege of aiding in the development of public policy. I have served as leadership policy staff in both houses of the Oregon Legislature, during which time I supported the creation of the Oregon State Victim\'s Services Fund, which created a state fund for to support services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault that is overseen by Oregon\'s Attorney General.
