Performed third-party inspections at solar module manufacturing facilities to ensure adherence to IEC 61215 & 61730 standards and client specifications- Monitored key production stages: EVA/POE lamination, cell stringing, bussing, framing, junction box fixing, EL testing, and flash testing- Verified process parameters, raw material traceability, and curing/lamination conditions to ensure module reliability and PID resistance- Performed IPQC during solar module manufacturing to ensure process parameter compliance at critical stages; verified RMTCs for incoming raw materials like cells, glass, EVA, and backsheet as per quality standards and client requirements- Conducted EL image reviews for micro-cracks, soldering issues, and cell mismatch; ensured 100% compliance before final dispatch- Supervised sun soaking, Hi-Pot, Wet Leakage, Ground Continuity, and Visual Inspection as per IEC 61215 / 61730 protocols- Issued inspection reports, raised NCRs for deviations, and ensured corrective actions were closed in coordination with QA/QC teams- Conducted Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) of solar PV modules, verifying packaging integrity, visual quality, EL test images, and electrical performance (IV curve) to ensure compliance with IEC standards and client specifications before shipment- Ensured packaging, marking, palletization, and container loading matched international transport standards.
